First, I too love good graphics. The ‘infographic’ for poop is terrific, nearly edible.
That said, I do take issue with the text to the right of the USDA Organic logo. It imlies that the USDA certifies, but they don’t. They laid down the rules and accredited numerous entites (eg. CCOF) to do the actual certification according to the USDA National Organic Program rules.
I spend a lot of time working with the certifiers, enough to question the value of the process, but not the product.
