All Chateau Lafite Wine Bottles to Carry Prooftag.

Chateau Lafite Rothschild have stated to the Decanter magazine that all bottles of its wine from the 2009 vintage onwards will use Prooftag anti-fraud seals. Prooftag is a capsule seal with a 13-numbered code which can be authenticated on its website. Making Clothing from Wine.

Bioalloy, a research group from the laboratories at the University of Western Australia, have developed a formula to grow seamless garments through wine’s fermentation process. Called Micro’be’, the “fermented fashion project” investigates the “practical and cultural biosynthesis of clothing” that the scientists expect will change traditional interactions between clothing and the body.
